Details from NWSL (June 27, 2024)

We are halfway through the NWSL season, and it's been a wild one so far!

During match 91, regular season attendance surpassed one million fans. That's the fastest the NWSL has reached the milestone. We're on track for a 42% increase in attendance over last season - which matches previous season increases.

Six clubs have also celebrated club attendance records - one of which was the Chicago Red Stars setting a NWSL single-match record with 35,038 fans against Bay FC at Wrigley Field.

And, an impressive feat, the NWSL is celebrating a 95% growth in broadcast viewership over last season. Through Week 13, more than 7 million viewers have tuned in.
